Dear riders, most welcome to Margaretehof Special 2025!
During these days together, we share the same interest of the Icelandic horse and we will see over 290 horses on the tracks! Please read through everything in this document.
The event is conducted according to FEIF Rules and Regulations 2025.

Riders’ info-meeting will take place Wednesday 21st by the warmup area, directly after the GDB is finished approx 19.00.
Please note that our e-mail will not be read during the competition days, please give us a call or send an sms.
Please note that the start for GDA on Wednesday 21st is 20 minutes after the last rider in the Breeding assessment, approximately 13.30. The classes will be ongoing during the day and not at fixed startingtimes.
In classes that are combined with both Young Rider and Junior, the preliminaries and finals will be together, but there will be separate pricegiving.
During Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, the pricegiving will be during the next break following the class. For GDA, GDYA, GDK and GDT it will be after GDT, for GK-Tölt it will be after V2YR and J.
MARGARETEHOF
Please remember that this is a private area and it is not allowed to go inside the stable or the private house area. Dogs are more than welcome, pick up after them and always have them in a leash.
TESTS
Sport:
WR-status for: F1, V1, T1, T2 and all pacetests. Please note the qualificationlimits for F1, V1, T1 and T2.
V2, T3, T8, V5, T4, C2, C4, Masquerade tölt
Gæðingakeppni:
Only preliminaries in all GK-classes.
GDA, GDB, GDYA, GDYB, GDT, GDK, GKtölt Senior & YR, GKtölt Teenage, GKtölt Kids
Prize money is given according to the position in the A-final, for F1, V1, T1 & T2. Due to regulation, there will only be price money for adults.
RIDER´S LICENSE
No license is needed for C2, C4 and Masquerade tölt. For all the other tests, license Level 2-4 is needed. “One-time” license is ok for the competition.
VACCINATION
Horses are required to be vaccinated according to rules of Swedish Icelandic horse association. You will find the rules at https://www.icelandichorse.se/tavling/vaccination
EQUIPMENT CONTROL
Margaretehof Special prioritize the welfare of the horses and there will be up to 50% control in the preliminaries and 100% in the finals.

ARRIVAL
- For breedinghorses the competition area will open at Saturday 17/5 at 15.00
- For Sporthorses the competition area will open at Tuesday 20/5 at 15.00
CHECK IN
Open until 20th of May, 20.00.
- Write the riders name and class
- Take a photo of rider´s license and the frontpage on the horse passport and all vaccinations
- Take a photo of the signed “Ryttarförsäkran” (the rider’s declaration, that you find below)

OBS! Note that there will be no possibility to check in at the competition. If you haven’t checked in before 20th of May at 20.00 your start will be withdrawn with no refund. You need to have your horse’s passport with you to the competition area.
VET.CHECK
For those horses starting P1 & P3, veterinary check must take place. The vet.check will be at the stables, Friday and Saturday between 15.00 – 16.00.
TIME SCHEDULE & STARTING ORDERS
Time schedule, starting lists and results will be found in the app IceTest NG. The time schedule will be updated at latest, 20.00 the day before next competition day. You are allowed to change your registration until May 11th. After that, only withdrawals are made.
WITHDRAWLS
When the competition has started, all withdrawals needs to be done at the secretariat. Remember that you need to do it at least 1h before the final starts, but we are grateful if you do it as early as possible.
STABLEAREA

PLEASE NOTE! If you arrive with horses only for breeding assessment or horses both for breeding assessment and competition, it is very important that you talk to the people in charge at the stable for help with the boxes!
Check-in from Tuesday, May 20th at 15.00 for competition horses
(Check-out no later than Sunday, May 25th)
Boxes are signed out and handed over on site—please contact stable staff upon check-in.
Fill in the box sign with relevant information.
Hay can be purchased on site for 250 SEK per horse.
To order, send an SMS to Catarina at +46 709–247801.
Morning feeding (hay only) is available starting Monday, May 19th.
This should be noted on the box sign and paid via QR code.
Feeding takes place between 5.30–6.30.
Price: 250 SEK for all days.
One bag of shavings is included. A limited number of additional bags are available for purchase at 150 SEK per bag—contact Catarina.
Paddocks can be set up using your own fencing materials in the specified area.
The paddock must be completely cleaned before departure.
It is strictly forbidden for horses to be outside in the paddock after 21.00.
Quiet hours in the stables starting at 23.00.
Water is available at two taps near the stable area.
Boxes must be completely cleaned, approved by stable staff, and the rider must check out before leaving.
Otherwise, a cleaning fee of 1500 SEK will be charged.
Please take your horse’s temperature each morning and fill in the temperature log.
Note! For safety reasons – please keep the stable aisle as clear as possible.
We kindly ask that horses are groomed and prepared inside their box, and that riding inside the stable is avoided.
CAMPING

Camping entrance: Lyngbyvägen 60–90, 297 72 Everöd (follow signs for camping)
All caravans and motorhomes must be parked with the hitch/front facing the paddock lane.
The front left corner of the vehicle must be aligned with the marked stick or paint marking.
There must be 4.5 meters between vehicles. Otherwise, you may be asked to move.
All camping spots do not include electricity.
There is no latrine disposal available on site.
Toilets and showers are available.
Water can be filled at the staff base/cafeteria.
There will be a designated place where you can charge your phone.
TRACKS
We want to give you the best opportunity, therefore we need time to prepare the tracks for you and your horse. The tracks are open for training from Saturday 16.00 until Monday 06.00. During the competition and breeding show-days, all tracks will be closed at 23.00 every evening and after 06.00 every morning for preparation.
During Monday, the ovaltrack will be open for training 12.30-14.30 and 17.30-18.30, when there is no ridden abilities-judging. During Tuesday, the ovaltrack will be open for training between 12.30-14.30 and 17.30-19.00. Please note that the pacetrack is closed daytime during Monday-Wednesday.
It is possible for you to train when the last rider has left the track in the evening, both on the ovaltrack and the pacetrack. Remember to show respect and consideration for each other. Please be aware that the schedule for Wednesday is very late, so there will be limited time for training on the track on Wednesday.
PARKING TRAILERS
When arriving it is possible to unload everything at the stable area but be aware that there is no possibility to park trailers around the stables. All trailers need to be parked at the parking spot (see the map below).
MUSIC – LIVESTREAMING
For tests where you ride alone on the track, you can request what music you want to ride, send an email to info@mhofspecial.se. Last day to registrer is May, 18.
When registering as a rider to Margaretehof Special you automatically consent to that your ride is filmed for livestream and subsequently will be available and viewable on Eyja’s platform, which is accessed via a subscription scheme.
CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT
Cancellation is in the sense that the event is not conducted at all. Change of date, partly conduction or changes of the repertoire are not considered a cancellation. Only the organizers can issue a cancellation and permit refunds of registrations. In that case refunds can be requested by the organizer. Fees and handling charges are not refunded.

RYTTARFÖRSÄKRAN
I hereby declare on my honor and conscience that during the last three weeks, the horse has:
- Not shown any signs that could indicate infectious disease or illness
- Not been in stables where infectious disease is known,
- Nor in any other way been in contact with another horse, which as far as is known can be suspected of having had any disease and
- Is trained as required for competition participation and is otherwise healthy to my knowledge
